HORSE OWNER TRIM COURSE
TUITION COST: $2,000
COURSE LENGTH: 2 WEEKS

Learn how to provide hoof care and maintenance for your own personal horse(s). You will learn hoof anatomy, conformation, basic farrier tools, how to maintain tools, and how to perform a basic trim and shoe.

Requirements for course: $1000 non-refundable deposit.

APPRENTICE I CERTIFICATION
TUITION COST: $5,000
COURSE LENGTH: 6 WEEKS

Students will learn hoof anatomy, conformation, basic farrier tools, how to maintain tools, how to perform a basic trim and shoe, and get an introduction to forge work.
​
Requirements for course: $1000 non-refundable deposit.

JOURNEYMAN I CERTIFICATION
TUITION COST: $7,500
COURSE LENGTH: 12 WEEKS

In addition to acquiring the skills in Apprentice I & II, students will broaden their forge skills, get an introduction to corrective shoeing, and have the ability to offer hot shoeing services to their future clients.
​
Requirements for course: Must have earned the Apprentice II Certification to enroll and/or have six (6) months of working farrier experience. $1000 non-refundable deposit.

JOURNEYMAN II CERTIFICATION
TUITION COST: $8,500
COURSE LENGTH: 24 WEEKS

Students will learn how to provide corrective shoeing and forge work to their clients.
​
Requirements for course: Must have Apprentice II Certification and/or five (5) years of working experience to enroll. $1000 non-refundable deposit.
